Vacation home sales drop 30%, but not in Summit County Colorado

Summit County Colorado vacation home and second home sales were down but prices were up.  Breckenridge ski condos, Frisco homes, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Dillon and Silverthorne real estate  all sold well in 2007 and so far 2008 is okay.  However, that was not the case in other parts of the country.  Phoenix, Las Vegas and Miami were particularly hard hit.  Summit County sales were down 14... that they see it as a way to bring scattered families back together for memorable vacations and holidays
